Pamela is the president & CEO of TRIELLA, an award winning full service IT Firm based in Toronto servicing law, accounting and professional service mid-market firms across Canada. Pamela is also the founding partner at MIII MSP, a family office buyout firm focused in partnering with great founders of IT MSPs in North America with the goal of becoming a leader of best in class MSP operators. Pamela has +19 years of professional services experience and significant executive leadership accomplishments in investing, M&A, banking, IT strategy and operations, finance and accounting. She began her banking career at Scotia Capital, and had her first professional job at a boutique accounting firm in Toronto. In the community, Pamela is a mentor to women led businesses with Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, and a member of the Association of Corporate Growth. She is also a member of Women Presidents Organization (WPO). In addition, Pamela is active in her community and has served on several non-for-profit boards throughout her career. Pamela was a recipient of the global MSP 501 award and a Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I 101) honouree in 2023 and 2022 by Channel Futures. Outside of work, she is a mom of two wonderful young kids and a dog who keep her grounded. She is passionate about advancing women in technology and finance. Pamela received a BBA (honours) from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a CPA CA charter holder. She also completed the Innovation Governance Program (iGP) to assist the technology ecosystem in Canada.

Wendy Smith is our Vice President - IT and Operations. Wendy is a seasoned, results-driven leader, skilled at proactively directing various aspects of organizational growth, and business transformation. She brings over 20 years’ experience working for large IT consulting organizations and professional services firms, including Kyndryl and Cisco. She is a strategic thinker, and problem solver who inspires a culture of successful outcomes and client satisfaction amongst her teams. Wendy specializes in leading Advisory and Implementation initiatives, including Technology Strategy, optimization, Service Management, Business Process Reengineering, and Project Governance. Her multifaceted expertise, coupled with a continuous pursuit of knowledge, underscores her ability to drive successful business outcomes and deliver value to clients. She is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson); McGill University’s Executive Development Institute, holds various industry certifications and is a certified Business Relationship Manager.

As your Client Success Executive, Tammy is a strategic and supportive partner for your team and liason between our tech operations support and client. With +18 years of experience in business development and relationship management, including working with software-as-a-service IT products for boutique professional service firms across Canada and the globe. Tammy leads with empathy, adaptability and trust; with an entrepreneurial background that allows her to work with passion and innovation. She is skilled at developing the right client solutions that provide value and peace of mind. Tammy attributes her success to her ability to actively listen to clients and put their needs first. She is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships centered on trust. Her main focus is to be an advocate for our clients and ensure long-term client relationships by addressing client issues and presenting product information. She is available to speak to any aspect of the account at any time. She helps to facilitate quarterly meetings to review IT service, and any current and future IT needs.

Cornelius has been working in the IT industry for +6 years and prior to joining TRIELLA in 2022, he held the role of IT Manager for an Australian based gym franchisor Plus Fitness Pty Ltd to improve an maintain their IT infrastructure to support over 200 gyms across Australia, New Zealand and India. He started off his career working as an IT Helpdesk Engineer in various industries from a restaurant chain, to a Telco/ISP and then in an MSP. As he progressively learnt to become a proficient systems administrator in his previous roles, he was then able to work with key stakeholders at Plus Fitness Pty Ltd recommending and implementing various IT improvements; thereby taking an active lead in the IT department of the business. He recently moved over to Canada from Australia both for a change and also to give back by training and helping the next generation of IT experts in their careers. His passion is in computer networks and IT infrastructure and is a self-motivated learner. By using both intuition and prior experience, he endeavors to help users and businesses grapple with their IT tools and platforms. Finally, outside of work, Cornelius loves his winter sports such as skiing and ice skating to stay healthy and keep fit and active. Cornelius holds a Bachelor of Computer Networking degree from Western Sydney University.

Sean has +17 years of experience in IT support, primarily in the legal and financial industries. He specializes in managing help desks and providing technical support to end-users. With expertise in desktop and infrastructure upgrades and migrations, Sean is well-versed in developing enterprise document management solutions and is certified in Worldox and NetDocuments. He has extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and related applications. Sean has also supported clients in investment banking, capital markets, and wealth management. He is recognized for his ability to communicate between technical teams, business executives, and non-technical staff. Sean holds a Bachelor of History and Political Science from the University of Toronto.

Indika holds a Master of Science (MSC) degree in Information Technology from Keele University, United Kingdom, which he earned in December 2007. He also completed his Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Computer System Design from the Institute of Technological Studies, Sri Lanka in December 2000. Indika is a certified Azure Administrator Associate (2022) (MCAA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and has several Microsoft certifications, including MCTS for OCS 2007, ISA 2006, Exchange 2007, and MCITP. He has also earned the Bullet Proof Manager certification from Crestcom International and holds a Mimecast Cybergraph Certificate and Fortinet NSE 1,2,3 certifications.

As Office and Accounting Manager, Eileen ensures that the office, billings and our accounts are in order. She is also responsible for new team member onboarding and our Employee Handbook. As one of our most seasoned team members, Eileen joined TRIELA in 2008 and has seen our firm grow as a leading IT MSP in the legal and professional services industry within Canada. Eileen earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from York University, and an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Humber College.

As Administrative Assistant, Tiffany is a master juggler, multi-tasker and gets things done. She joined TRIELLA in 2022 and has been a great addition to the team. Tiffany liaises with clients, executives, team members and everyone in-between. Outside of work, she is passionate about helping the community through various volunteer endeavours.
