Cornelius Cheng

Manager, IT Service Help Desk

Cornelius, as our IT Service Help Desk Manager oversees our team of IT technicians to resolve our clients IT needs in a timely, friendly and authentic manner.


Prior to joining TRIELLA, Cornelius held the role of IT Manager for an Australian based gym franchisor Plus Fitness Pty Ltd to improve an maintain their IT infrastructure to support over 200 gyms across Australia, New Zealand and India. He started off his career working as an IT Helpdesk Engineer in various industries from a restaurant chain, to a Telco/ISP and then in an MSP. As he progressively learnt to become a proficient systems administrator in his previous roles, he was then able to work with key stakeholders at Plus Fitness Pty Ltd recommending and implementing various IT improvements; thereby taking an active lead in the IT department of the business.


He recently moved over to Canada from Australia both for a change and also to give back by training and helping the next generation of IT experts in their careers. His passion is in computer networks and IT infrastructure and is a self-motivated learner. By using both intuition and prior experience, he endeavors to help users and businesses grapple with their IT tools and platforms. Finally, outside of work, Cornelius loves his winter sports such as skiing and ice skating to stay healthy and keep fit and active.


Cornelius holds a Bachelor of Computer Networking degree from Western Sydney University.
