Rene commenced his journey in 1998 as a level one desktop support specialist at a financial institution, where he swiftly mastered the intricacies of troubleshooting desktops and laptops while refining his communication and customer service finesse. His trajectory led him to pivotal roles, including serving as an IT Administrator at Ogilvy Renault LLP, a mid-market law firm, where he navigated the intricacies of legal tech landscapes with finesse, including the transition of the law firm's IT to Norton Rose, a global law firm, post acquisition. Additionally, Rene's tenure with various IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs) further enriched his skill set, amplifying his adaptability and problem-solving prowess.

With a robust command over Microsoft environments, encompassing MS Server OS’s, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, Citrix and an array of cutting-edge technologies, Rene is primed to deliver top-notch solutions tailored to the unique demands of law firms and beyond. He is also on top of the latest cybersecurity technologies and has vast experience with various software providers such as SentinnelOne and Crowdstrike amongst others.

Throughout his illustrious career, Rene has meticulously honed his organizational and communication abilities, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments characteristic of the legal industry.
